Complaint Management
The highest maxim of VERIANOS’ actions is that you receive the best possible care and advice in our company. Should you nevertheless have reason to complain, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will use your complaint as a possibility to review internal processes and approaches and to continuously optimize the results for you as a customer.

- Complaints received verbally are always documented by a written note
- A copy of the complaint is forwarded to Compliance and to Complaints Management (enquiries@verianos.com) for inclusion in the Company’s Complaints Register
- Subsequently, the issues are processed by the specialist departments
- Complaints are answered by management on the basis of the results of the specialist departments
- A copy of the complaint is forwarded to Compliance
- All complaints are archived by company
- Complaints will be answered immediately – usually within a maximum of 8 working days.
Should the processing of a complaint unexpectedly take longer or should further investigations be necessary, the will be informed after 14 working days with an interim reply.
Verianos does not participate in the European consumer arbitration procedure.
