Cologne, Frankfurt/Main, 20-09-2019 – VERIANOS Real Estate Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN: DE000A0Z2Y48), the investment and consulting company for small and mid cap real estate investments, has repaid the privately placed corporate bond 2016/19 (ISIN: DE000A2BPU08) with a volume of EUR 5 million as scheduled at maturity via its financing company VERIANOS Finance GmbH.

It will remain an important pillar for our further growth”, says Tobias Bodamer, member of the Management Board of VERIANOS Real Estate AG. “Concretely, we are at present fundraising for our European Real Estate Mezzanine Fund and our European Real Estate Opportunities Fund with target volumes of at least EUR 100 million and EUR 50 million respectively. We will participate in both strategies as usual with a significant co-investment as a company. With the two funds, we are targeting properties in special situations throughout Europe, where we aim to achieve double-digit returns in the medium term with our expertise. “
